You will follow care plans, help with daily activities, and support clients in routine tasks. A background check and valid driver's license are required, with reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Assist people with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Support routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport members to appointments and daily errands as needed.
• Assist member with self-administration of medications (no administration).
• Observe and report changes in the member's condition.
