MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

  • Up to $2,500 for 0-1 years of experience (full-time)
  • Up to $4,000 for 1+ years of experience (full-time)

Bonuses are prorated for part-time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation.

This role supports Cumberland County, scheduled for three 8-hour shifts per week (8am-5pm).

Responsibilities

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, perform in-home care tasks to help maintain and restore patients' physical, social, and emotional health.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Current applicable state license as a CNA
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance
  • Current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of start
  • One year of CNA or Home Health Aide experience preferred
