Nurse Next Door San Mateo is hiring Home Care Aides for one-on-one in-home support in South San Francisco. This full-time or part-time role comes with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and paid training opportunities from Home Health Aide to Nursing pathways. Responsibilities include providing daily living assistance, maintaining a clean environment, and wellness checks. Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in home-health, hospice, or facility.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills for digital logs.
• Willingness to earn CPR certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily living assistance to clients.
• Maintain a healthy home environment for clients.
• Conduct medication and wellness checks as required.
• Engage clients in mind-body activities to keep them alert.
• Document care notes and communicate changes to RN.

Skills

Completion of Home Health Aide (HHA) program

At least 1 year of paid experience
