Job summary

UNIVERSAL HOME CARE LLC is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients in their own homes in Indiana. You will implement care plans, assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and document changes in health or behavior with professionalism and sensitivity.

This in-person role requires a driver’s license, CPR certification, and the ability to lift or move clients safely. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and you’ll collaborate with families and healthcare

Duties

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities to promote mental stimulation.
• Observe and document client behavior, reporting any significant changes to appropriate individuals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living environment to ensure a safe space for clients.
• Administering errands to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home care, assisted living, or nursing homes is preferred.
• Ability to follow service plans effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving clients safely.
• Certification in CPR.
• Driver’s license required
• MUST live and be located in the STATE of Indiana.
