Help at Home, LLC is hiring Asa Home Care Aide to provide in-home assistance to clients in Sterling, IL. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, performing light housekeeping, personal care, and errands to support daily living.

Eligibility includes a HS diploma/GED or 1 year caregiving experience, valid driver's license, and access to insured transportation. CNA encouraged; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.

Asa Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

• Light housekeeping,including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such asdressing, grooming,and assisting with meals
• Running errands,grocery shopping,and accompanying your clientsto appointments

Eligibility Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED,or at least1year of previous experience as a caregiver
• Valid driver’s license
• Access toinsured andreliable transportation
• No experience is required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
