Job summary

Help at Home, LLC is hiring in Illinois to provide in-home support to seniors. Asa Home Care Aide will work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes, assisting with daily living tasks and personal care.

Compensation ranges from $18.75 to $21.00 per hour with experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or at least 1 year of caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
• No experience required, CNA certification is encouraged.
• Commitment to professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping such as organizing, laundry and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities including dressing, grooming and meal support.
• Running errands, grocery shopping and accompanying clients to appointments.

Asa Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

• Light housekeeping,including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such asdressing, grooming,and assisting with meals
• Running errands,grocery shopping,and accompanying your clientsto appointments

Eligibility Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED,or at least1year of previous experience as a caregiver
• Valid driver’s license
• Access toinsured andreliable transportation
• No experience is required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
