Job summary

ROYAL FAMILY CARE SERVICES is seeking a Home Care Aide in Missouri to work one-on-one with patients in their homes. You will follow a personalized care plan, provide compassionate assistance, and foster trusting relationships. Strong communication, organization, and a caring demeanor are essential.

Prior home health or hospice exposure is a plus. Responsibilities include daily living support, medication administration, and routine documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program with a valid certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of professional home care experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities, including transfers and mobility.
• Provide personal care, household tasks, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain care records and report observations to supervisor.
• Engage with patients to support mental alertness and well‐being.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles


• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care


• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor


• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert


• Give medications and immunizations


• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
