Haven Home Care in Springfield, MO is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily tasks, companionship, and independence. You’ll work across listed communities with flexible scheduling including day, evening, and weekend shifts, making a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience in caregiving
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check

• Preparing meals and cleaning up afterward
• Bathing and personal care
• Laundry and light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting)

• Providing companionship and emotional support
