Job summary

Haven Home Care in Springfield, MO is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes across Springfield and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible full-time/part-time daytime, evenings, and weekend shifts with an immediate start.

You will help with meals, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and provide companionship to enhance independence and dignity for clients.

Qualifications

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience in caregiving
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and cleaning up afterward
• Bathing and personal care
• Laundry and light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Running errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
