Job summary

Reliable Supportive Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate home care aide to work directly with patients in their homes, following a one-on-one care plan. You’ll provide personalized, attentive care, build genuine relationships, and maintain strong verbal and written communication with clients and supervisors.

The role prefers prior home health or hospice experience; requires graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and CPR

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role.
