Job summary

Visiting Angels in South Hadley, MA is seeking a compassionate caregiver for 32 hours per week (Tuesdays to Thursdays, 3:00pm–11:00pm). You will assist an elderly client with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and support with transportation as needed.

Requirements include at least 1 year of Personal Care experience, reliable transportation, 2–3 professional references, and fluent English communication. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Personal Care Experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 2-3 professional references required.
• Background checks will be conducted.
• Willing to accept at least 1 shift every other weekend.
• Fluent in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist elders with daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping).
• Provide pet care assistance (dog walking).
• Offer compassionate companionship and transportation as needed.
