Job summary

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Rochester Hills, MI.

This role supports daily living activities, sustains comfort and independence, and enhances quality of life in clients’ own homes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the supervisory staff or medical professionals.
