Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Marshfield, MO is seeking an Immediate Caregiver to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide one-on-one care, support daily living activities, and help our geriatric clients stay safe at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly direct deposits, paid training, and competitive pay starting at $16 per hour. A smaller client load lets you control travel time and build meaningful connections with each client you serve.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and cleanup.
• Provide bathing/personal care and light home chores.
• Perform laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and support.
• Run errands as needed.

A few daily tasks may include:

• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
• Bathing/personal care
• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry
• Providing companionship
• Running errands
