Job summary

MISS KRYSTAL CARES LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide in-home support, assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and monitor health needs under professional guidance.

You will coordinate with families and healthcare providers, document care provided, maintain a clean, safe home environment, and adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, upholding confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care or related field preferred.
• Experience in home care or caregiving is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
