Job summary

MISS KRYSTAL CARES LLC in West Bloomfield Township, MI seeks a compassionate Home Care Aide to work with patients in their homes under a one-on-one care plan. You will provide personalized assistance, build genuine relationships, and maintain a clean, healthy home environment while following established care plans.

Strong communication skills are essential; prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. A flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or preferred; Home Health Aide certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of private duty home care experience preferred.
• Hoyer Lift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as transfers in and out of beds and mobility aids.
• Provide personal care and help with routine tasks and housekeeping in the home.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and report observations to supervisor.
• Engage patients to support mental alertness through conversation and activities.
• Assist with medication administration and immunizations as directed.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities to promote wellbeing.
