Job summary

Addus HomeCare invites compassionate caregivers to join our team in Virginia, providing in-home support to clients. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, and help with routine tasks to maintain client independence.

• Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands.
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition.
