Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides in Bristol, Tennessee. You will follow detailed care plans, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to support clients at home.

This role includes transportation to appointments and daily errands, plus monitoring the client's condition and reporting changes to supervisors. Flexible scheduling is offered and weekly pay is provided by Addus HomeCare.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands.
• Assist client with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition.
