Always Best Care Boerne seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Fredericksburg and surrounding Texas Hill Country areas. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, monitor safety, and help maintain independence in the comfort of clients' homes.

Flexible shifts (AM/PM, 4-hour increments) incl. live-in opportunities; this role includes paid training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and access to benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month
• Willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required — training provided
• Passionate about helping seniors and making a difference in their lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license required

Location: Fredericksburg, TX
Service Area: Texas Hill Country Territory — Office located in Boerne, TX

Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience

Shifts: Flexible scheduling with shifts starting in 4-hour increments, with opportunities for live-in shifts. Monday–Sunday, with AM and PM shifts available.

Minimum Requirement: 20 hours per month

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide in-home care and support for seniors in the Fredericksburg and surrounding Texas Hill Country areas. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, companionship, mobility, meals, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
