Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides in Delaware. No experience needed. Earn a competitive starting wage of $15 per hour with options for daily pay and travel time/mileage pay.

Part-time roles offer flexibility to fit school or family needs, with up to 30 hours weekly and a supportive team behind you. Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and monitoring client health as part of the care team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED (or 1 year in-home care)
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
• No Experience Needed

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan and report completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• Observe and report changes in client health as part of the Health Care Team
• Promote Addus HomeCare as the leading home care provider

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a Home Health Aide must observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider
