Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides to support seniors and disabled individuals in their own homes. With flexible hours up to 30 per week, the role requires no prior experience and offers competitive wages, daily pay for select positions, and mileage/travel pay.

As part of the care team, you will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, perform light housekeeping, and monitor clients for health changes. A background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or 1 year in-home care experience.
• Willing to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plan and report tasks.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide routine house cleaning and meal prep.
• Observe client health and report changes to the team.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a Home Health Aide must observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• No Experience Required
