Addus HomeCare is hiring immediately for Home Care Aides. This entry-level, rewarding role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours to fit your schedule, along with a competitive starting wage of $18.75 per hour and travel reimbursement.

As a Home Care Aide you will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation to appointments. Benefits include daily pay (select positions), direct deposit, health insurance through SEIU fund after eligibility, and paid time off.

• Pass a criminal background check.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

Caregiver Responsibilities

Caregiver Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D
• Reliable transportation.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund (the "Fund") including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
