Job summary

Partners In Care LLC is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support seniors and disabled individuals in their own homes. No experience is required as training will be provided; you will perform personal care, meal prep, shopping, and light housekeeping per care plans.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, and both full-time and part-time options. Mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses, PTO, paid training, and 24/7 staff support are available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform personal care tasks.
• Able to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a Livescan background check.
• Provide a negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and/or disabled persons in their home or residence.

Overview:

We are looking for Home Care Aides with the same vision to join our team. This position requires someone who is caring and dependable that will assist elderly and/or disabled persons in their home or place of residence. Home Care Aides assist with client needs and perform the day-to-day activities of care giving based on approved tasks. Home Care Aides will provide care based on company policies and tasks outlined in the patient’s care assessment. This can include personal care assistance, preparing of meals, assist with grocery and personal shopping, assist with personal care, running errands, and performing light housekeeping.

We pay your registration costs for the CA State Home Care Aide Registry and Fingerprinting Fees! If you’re already registered, you will receive a $100 sign on bonus upon the completion of the hiring process.

Home Care Aid Requirements:
