An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Home Care Acquisition Manager to drive growth by signing high-value home care agencies into their network. This role is pivotal in ensuring the right agencies are onboarded to meet referral needs. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and a knack for building relationships. You will manage multiple markets, educate potential partners, and maintain detailed sales activity records. The Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs) are responsible for signing strategic, high value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network.The position is key to our success by ensuring that we have the right home care agencies in each market to handle all of our referral needs.
The HCAM must reach out to their target portfolio of home care agencies and present a personalized sales presentation on the immediate value that APFM can bring to their agency. The HCAM may need to work with other departments to drive success – most frequently our Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers and Care Advisors.
