Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking Home Building Team Members to support manufacturing production operations in the home-building process. You will follow standard methods, adhere to safety practices, and help ensure homes meet sales orders, prints, specs, and building codes with high quality and efficiency.

You will work in a team, supporting planning, communication, and daily production goals while safeguarding tools and facility assets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Able to walk/stand for 8 hours.
• Able to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Willing to transfer to various departments as needed.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Safety: practice safe work habits complying with OSHA regulations.
• Productivity: work in a team to meet quality standards and productivity goals.
• Stewardship: protect company assets and report maintenance needs.
• Planning: assist Team Leader to plan and organize manufacturing activities.
• Attendance: meet attendance requirements and be ready for shift start.
