Job summary

AT&T in Roseville, Michigan is hiring Installation Technicians to install and activate our state-of-the-art broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services for customers in their homes and businesses.

Expect a flexible schedule, competitive hourly wages between $23.08 and $32.21, and comprehensive benefits. You will work independently at customer sites, solving problems and delivering a superb customer experience.

Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 325 lbs; ladders safety.
• Occasionally work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).
• Overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert to meet customers' needs and solve problems.
• Meet new customers daily and deliver best-in-class service.
