Home Based Therapist for IHBT - Functional Family Therapy (FFT)

**$5,000 sign-on bonus! **

Location: Medina, OH

Schedule: hours are flexible, some evenings and/or weekends required as needed

Salary: $63,000 annually + $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Position Summary: Our Medina County office is looking for a full time Therapist to join our IHBT - Functional Family Therapy (FFT) team. As a clinician on the FFT team, you will be specially trained in this evidence-based model focused on collaborative, integrated in-home treatment services for families with a child or adolescent at risk of or returning from out of home placement.

Requirements:

1. Master’s Degree and valid Ohio License in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or Counseling (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT) required.
2. Prior experience with systemic family therapy and/or evidence based models a plus.
3. Candidates should be familiar with the complex needs of clients who have co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and must be competent in the provision of Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, Case Management and a Multidisciplinary Team Approach to treatment.
4. This role is community-based, will be required to visit homes.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Provide family therapy, crisis management, and coordination of care within the Functional Family Therapy model.
2. Collaborate with all family members and community stakeholders involved with the family to promote the best outcomes.
3. Participate in weekly team consultation and ongoing training with FFT consultant.
4. Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision with FFT clinical supervisor.
5. Provide mental health assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, substance abuse individual and group therapy, and crisis interventions as a separate small part of their caseload as needed.
