The position is PRN, with work in patients’ homes and communities, emphasizing integrated, evidence-based plans and durable outcomes. State licensure and ASHA CCC are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments in speech, language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to implement patient-centered goals in home and community settings.
