Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Spring Valley, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available serving patients in their homes and communities with one-on-one therapy and integrated plans.

Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure are required, with ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-L pathology is required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required or strongly preferred.
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver therapy in patients’ homes and communities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans.
