Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based therapy in Raleigh, NC. The clinician will evaluate impairments, design individualized treatment plans, and work with families to progress communication, cognition, and swallowing goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with medical teams, documentation, and tailoring activities to address functional goals in patients’ natural environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State licensure required.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred or required.
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
• Provide patient-centered care in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.
• Work one-on-one with patients, building their skills in their own homes and communities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans.
• Incorporate a variety of activities to address functional goals.
