Job summary

Developmental Therapy Associates seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-person outpatient team in Raleigh, NC. You will deliver direct therapy to pediatric clients across school and community settings with a full-time schedule.

Collaborate with families and fellow clinicians, report to the Lead SLP/Clinical Manager, and maintain progress documentation. Competitive base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus bonus and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person speech-language therapy to pediatric clients at outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with families, school and community settings as needed.
• Document progress notes and report to Lead SLP/Clinical Manager.
