Home-Based Registered Behavior Technician

About Us:
We are a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Our mission is to foster developmental milestones, build essential life skills, and improve the overall quality of life for our patients and their families.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA services to children between the ages of 18 months and 9 years in their homes and community settings. This role involves following treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting the child’s growth in various environments, all under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the home, school, or community setting based on individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support skill acquisition and replace challenging behavior with safer, more appropriate behaviors
  • Accurately collect and record data on child progress and behavioral barriers
  • Collaborate with families to support generalization of skills in the home and community
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with the supervising BCBA about client progress, challenges, and needed adjustments

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred)
  • Previous experience working with children in an ABA or therapeutic capacity is highly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to client locations
  • Ability to pass background checks as required by state regulations
