Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy LLC. is seeking dependable RBTs to deliver one-on-one, home-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, document sessions, and share client progress with caregivers and the clinical team.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or commitment to obtain), a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and data documentation skills. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience or working with children preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy in clients' homes.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document accurate session data.
• Communicate observations and progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
