Livingston County Community Mental Health in Howell, Michigan, seeks a Home-Based Program Coordinator to lead a team of up to 8 therapists and case managers, delivering family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will supervise staff, ensure evidence-based practices, participate in statewide training, and collaborate with partners such as MDHHS and Juvenile Court.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling.
• Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC.
• Minimum of three years of child/adolescent/family mental health treatment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 home-based therapists and case managers.
• Provide family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Oversee respite services and monitor treatment quality.
