Job summary

TEIS Early Intervention Provider is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home-based services for children aged 0–3 in the Beaver County area. The role offers full- or part-time hours with a flexible schedule and an Employee-Owned ESOP.

You will assess, plan, and document individualized treatment, travel to client homes, and coach families to integrate therapy into everyday routines. Pennsylvania licensure and CCC are required, along with standard background clearances.

Qualifications

• CCC Certification required or in process.
• PA licensure required to practice in state.
• Background clearances (Act 33/34, FBI) required.
• Mandated Reporter Training required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Incorporate family-friendly therapy into daily routines.
• Local travel for in-home Early Intervention services.
