MedCare Pediatric in Texas is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat children in their homes. You will conduct comprehensive speech, language, feeding, and swallowing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families to promote carryover.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide speech therapy services addressing communication, articulation, language development, feeding, and swallowing skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support continued growth.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to promote carryover at home.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
