Job summary

Big Minds, Tiny Hands seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home-based Early Intervention services to birth to three children with developmental delays. The role is fee-for-service, with scheduling flexibility and direct family interaction in the child’s natural environment.

The SLP will assess, treat, and monitor progress per IFSP goals, provide parent coaching, and collaborate with coordinators while adhering to NY EI guidelines.

Qualifications

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or eligible.
• Experience with birth to 3 or pediatric population.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in the child’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on IFSP goals.
• Educate and coach families and caregivers during sessions.
• Collaborate with service coordinators and ensure EI compliance.
