Job summary

TEIS Early Intervention Provider is seeking a Home-based pediatric SLP for ages 0–3. Full- or part-time with an ESOP, offering $50k–$80k per year. Therapists work in assigned territories near their residence to support flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include developing and documenting treatment plans, integrating family-centered routines, and traveling locally for in-home EI services. Ideal candidates hold CCC (ASHA), PA license, and complete required clearances.

Qualifications

• CCC from ASHA required.
• PA State License required.
• Clearances including Act 33, Act 34, FBI fingerprinting, and Mandated Reporter Training required.
• Current Pennsylvania driver’s license, insurance and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
• Incorporation of family-friendly therapy into children’s daily routines.
• Local travel for in-home Early Intervention Services.
