Job summary

Programs for Infants and Children (PIC) in Anchorage is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a close-knit, home-based early intervention team serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays. You will use PT expertise to build movement skills and support families in making development part of everyday life.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and benefit from paid professional development, generous leave, and family-centered coaching to embed strategies in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with current license, or Master’s/Doctorate in PT and license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's movement and development and contribute to treatment goals.
• Provide early intervention strategies to support movement, mobility, positioning, strength, and related skills.
• Collaborate with parents to support child movement and development at home and in natural settings.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services and problem-solve.
