Job summary

Beacon Services of Connecticut seeks an Occupational Therapist to join its birth-to-three home-based program. You will assess infants and toddlers, co-create individualized plans, and provide evidence-based interventions in family settings.

This role requires CT licensure, a master’s or doctoral degree in OT, and pediatric experience; travel within the regional area is expected. Collaborative teamwork and ongoing professional growth are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Some pediatric intervention experience preferred.
• Current licensure by the CT state board.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate young children's abilities using developmental and motor assessments.
• Develop individualized plans with the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based intervention to facilitate home and community participation.
• Support the transition from early intervention to school services.
