Job summary

GREEN APPLE LLC seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in the Garland area. The position supports home-based pediatric therapy and can be PRN, part-time, or full-time, with a focus on delivering comprehensive OT services in patients’ homes.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, create caregiver-involved home exercise programs, and coordinate care with a network of providers while maintaining documentation and compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license active and in good standing.
• Demonstrated reliability and flexibility in schedule.
• Comfortable using common workplace tech tools (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly visit targets and document patient progress.
• Maintain accurate charting, logs and summaries.
• Adhere to home-health policies and applicable laws.
