Job summary

@Home Therapy is seeking a dedicated OT to provide personalized home-based therapy services to adults in the Jackson Heights area, offering flexible scheduling and independence as an independent contractor.

You will evaluate patients, create rehab programs, support ADLs, assess function, educate families, and maintain EMR documentation, while earning competitive per-visit compensation.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Occupational Therapist license.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• EMR documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
• Create personalized occupational therapy programs.
• Support independence with ADLs and daily activities.
• Assess upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, safety.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
