Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in a home setting. The PRN role offers schedule flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to help older adults maintain independence.

You will evaluate and treat residents at home, develop individualized plans, collaborate with physicians and families, and document in the EMR. Florida OT license required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in a home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

Education
