Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home care, helping patients regain daily living skills and improve motor functions. You will deliver skilled services under physician orders and coordinate with the patient’s family and health team.

Requirements include graduation from an approved OT program and current NC OT licensure; Medicare/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state where practicing.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred; can be less with Regional approval based on prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients at home improve daily living skills and motor functions.
• Administer skilled care and teach the family and other health team members.
• Follow physicians' orders and the established plan of care under supervision of the Branch Director.
