Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with a neuro focus to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities in Lubbock, TX. This full-time role supports treatment across neuro- and complex ortho diagnoses, delivering integrated therapy in functional settings.

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC, with strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech, language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement patient-centered care in home/community settings.
