Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Bluffton, SC is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities on a PRN basis. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans for neurological and complex orthopedic needs, emphasizing independence and functional goals.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with state licensure; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments such as upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
• Deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Develop and adjust integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams to address functional goals.
