Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Dallas, TX, seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities. PRN positions available, with our interdisciplinary teams designing integrated treatment plans.

You will evaluate and treat impairments across ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, cognitive and perceptual skills, and adapt equipment to support independence.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, cognitive needs; adapt equipment as needed
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans in home and community settings
