Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in the home and community settings in La Mesa, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available, with interdisciplinary teams delivering integrated treatment plans in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with state licensure is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
