ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a full-time clinician to perform diagnostic assessments and provide regular patient visits. You will ensure up-to-date treatment plans and thorough progress notes, while coordinating with case management and psychiatric services to support diverse client needs.

Qualified candidates hold a social work or counseling degree and a valid license. Travel within the service area and a robust benefits package are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.

Mansioni

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
