Job summary

HarmonyCares is a leading home-based primary care provider expanding its in-home clinical team. The Clinical Partner (Medical Assistant) will support physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams in delivering patient-centered care in residential settings.

The role emphasizes phlebotomy, EKGs, charting, and care coordination with CLIA/HIPAA compliance. A high school diploma or GED and CPR certification are required, with MA/Phlebotomy training preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of MA/Phlebotomy/EMT program or 1 year MA/Phlebotomist experience.
• Current CPR certification per company guidelines.
• Knowledge of medical terminology; basic computer literacy incl EMR, iPad, GPS.

Responsibilities

• Supports mission, vision and core values; provide compassionate support to patients and the team.
• Coordinate daily travel itineraries and transport clinicians to appointments.
• Prepare patients for examination and minor procedures when needed.
• Maintain patient records accurately and protect confidentiality.
• Assist with phlebotomy and EKGs as requested; handle specimen labeling and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
