Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in New Braunfels, TX is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions are available to clinicians who will accept patients for the duration of their stay.

Our interdisciplinary teams craft integrated treatment plans delivered in the client’s own environment. Clinicians are supported by therapy-led leadership as they assess and counsel medically

Formación

• MSW degree and LCSW licensure required.
• Strong planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.
